Movement is a language
Children learn by doing. Movement gives them another way to explore ideas, solve problems, and express what they discover.
Schools & Programs
Kids Love Aerial brings guided aerial movement to schools, homeschool communities, enrichment programs, youth organizations, studios, and other organized groups. Children have space to move with curiosity, explore through play, meet meaningful challenges, and progress in their own way.

Why KLA
Children arrive ready to climb, swing, question, experiment, and imagine. KLA begins with that curiosity and uses movement as a language for exploration, learning, and connection.
Children learn by doing. Movement gives them another way to explore ideas, solve problems, and express what they discover.
Play creates room to imagine, test an idea, change course, and stay open to what might happen next.
Each child is met where they are. Growth is noticed without comparing one child's path with another's.

What students experience
A KLA session is guided without asking every child to move in exactly the same way. The experience can include:
Invitations and support help children explore movement with purpose while leaving room for discovery.
Children become familiar with aerial fabric through climbing, swinging, balancing, reaching, and other guided movement ideas.
Questions and physical puzzles invite children to experiment, notice what happens, and find a way forward.
Children can return to a movement, try another approach, and keep learning at a pace that is right for them.
Play and imagination give children opportunities to make choices and bring their own ideas into movement.
Children share space, encourage one another, and take part without turning progress into a comparison.
Supported challenge
KLA introduces challenge thoughtfully. The aim is to offer a next step that feels exciting rather than overwhelming, with guidance and encouragement close at hand. Children can experiment, pause, return, and keep building from where they are.
The educator behind KLA
Hannahsita Smyth brings education and movement teaching together in a child-focused approach. She sees teachers as guides who observe, encourage, ask thoughtful questions, and create space for children to discover answers through movement.
She has more than six years of yoga and aerial yoga teaching experience, including classes, workshops, and helping facilitate aerial teacher trainings.

A thoughtful learning environment
Instruction is guided, and challenges are introduced thoughtfully. Children are supported while they learn, with attention to appropriate progression and the movement in front of them.
